About the Role

Support current DPS projects and priorities by gathering themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and analyzing existing requirements documentation. Directly support project and development teams on various initiatives to improve agency effectiveness, compliance, and service delivery. Facilitate project development and quality assurance discussions for story point estimation.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience as a senior level Business Analyst (technical/emerging technology).
• 4 years of experience with a basic working knowledge of Agile project management methodology/practices.
• 1 year of experience understanding and documentation of use cases.
• 1 year of experience in process documentation mapping.
