About the Role
The Marketing Specialist collaborates with real estate professionals and the Property Marketing COE Team to develop and execute industry-leading property marketing strategies, plans, and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Brokerage and Leasing teams.
- Collect critical project details from the Brokerage team in collaboration with copywriters and strategists.
- Lead project meetings and calls with stakeholders.
- Establish and communicate project schedules to all participants.
- Coordinate with the Brokerage team to centralize project assets.
- Develop project strategies alongside the Brokerage and marketing teams.
- Manage the execution of design and messaging with creative teams.
- Oversee daily project workflows to ensure efficient production and adherence to standard processes.
- Provide regular project updates to the Brokerage and Leasing teams.
- Participate in client-facing planning and status meetings as needed.
- Escalate project challenges to the COE Team Lead.
- Incorporate feedback and edits into marketing collateral.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all project assets.
- Maintain project databases and tracking tools.
- Provide campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-4+ years of experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or commercial construction marketing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work with diverse audiences and experience levels.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a group.
