About the Role

The Marketing Specialist collaborates with real estate professionals and the Property Marketing COE Team to develop and execute industry-leading property marketing strategies, plans, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Brokerage and Leasing teams.
  • Collect critical project details from the Brokerage team in collaboration with copywriters and strategists.
  • Lead project meetings and calls with stakeholders.
  • Establish and communicate project schedules to all participants.
  • Coordinate with the Brokerage team to centralize project assets.
  • Develop project strategies alongside the Brokerage and marketing teams.
  • Manage the execution of design and messaging with creative teams.
  • Oversee daily project workflows to ensure efficient production and adherence to standard processes.
  • Provide regular project updates to the Brokerage and Leasing teams.
  • Participate in client-facing planning and status meetings as needed.
  • Escalate project challenges to the COE Team Lead.
  • Incorporate feedback and edits into marketing collateral.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of all project assets.
  • Maintain project databases and tracking tools.
  • Provide campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-4+ years of experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or commercial construction marketing.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse audiences and experience levels.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a group.
