About the Role
Join a leading Capital Markets and Derivatives (CMD) team working on structured finance, derivatives, and capital markets transactions. We serve a strong client base of financial institutions and corporate clients, offering a collaborative and international work environment. We value quality work, a client-centric approach, and seek an ambitious associate comfortable with client interaction and taking responsibility for matters.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for matters, working closely with partners.
- Face clients comfortably.

- Learn, develop, and help continue excellent work for clients.
Requirements
- 2-5 years PQE
- Experience drafting and negotiating a range of derivatives and structured finance documentation
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent drafting skills and the ability to translate legal theory into practical advice
- Sound judgment
- Good interpersonal and consultancy skills
- Excellent presentation and marketing skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and keen to experience a wide range of work and clients
- Ambitious and talented derivatives, structured finance and/or debt capital markets lawyer
