About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Front Desk Representatives to elevate our residents' experience and deliver on operational excellence within our premium properties. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing service with a smile, interacting with familiar faces, and embracing variety and initiative in their work.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests and residents professionally and courteously, assisting with requests and inquiries.
- Accept and notify residents of parcel and mail deliveries.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and review footage as necessary.
- Conduct periodic building exterior checks.
- Assist with resident move-ins and incoming unit inspections/tours.
- Assist residents with booking building amenity spaces.
- Maintain lobby, concierge desk, and mailroom to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Collect maintenance requests, rental payments, and resident notices.
- Log and record resident communications, and prepare/distribute building notices.
- Assist the General Manager with maintenance emergencies and coordinate resident events.
- Provide access to trades visiting the property, including signing out building keys.
- Organize and manage the signing out of rental items such as dollies, carts, and tools.
- Respond to noise complaints and resident concerns as needed.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to build rapport with residents and guests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of comfort with learning new software.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a significant asset.
