About the Role
As the Deputy Team Lead, you will support the Property Management team both technically and organizationally, in addition to independently managing a residential property portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Co-leadership of our property management team, both technically and disciplinarily
- Sparring partner for the department head
- Independent management and support of a residential property portfolio
- Organization, coordination, and control of maintenance and repair measures
- Processing and handling of insurance claims in cooperation with our in-house department
- Implementation of rent increases in the privately financed and subsidized housing sector
- Close cooperation with owners, owner representatives, and internal departments
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate agent or further training as a real estate manager
- Several years of professional experience in the management of residential properties
- Very good knowledge of housing industry processes
- Confident use of MS Office and housing industry software
- Communication skills, organizational talent, and structured way of working
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Leadership experience, confident demeanor, and a good feel for people and situations
