About the Role
Join our growing team at Do it Best, a leading hardware, lumber, and building materials co-op. We offer immediate opportunities for general warehouse positions, providing training and certification to operate powered equipment and develop your skills in logistics and product fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks
- Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
- Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
- Assist in team lifts
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
- Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
- Order filling
- Shipping
- Receiving
- Forklift operation
- Stocking
Requirements
- Must be able to repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
- Must be able to assist in team lifts

Salary/Compensations
- Earn up to $26.48 /hr
- Wage starting from $20.25 - $24.35 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
- Eligible team members can earn an additional $0.76 - $2.13 per hour with quarterly performance bonus
