About the Role

As the Applications 3rd Line Team Lead, you will be a pivotal leader and adaptable technical expert who embraces modern tooling and AI to drive operational excellence, ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of Kaplan Professional UK’s critical web application and database estate across multi cloud environments. You will lead, mentor, and empower a team of 3rd Line Application Engineers, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and effective incident, problem, and change management in line with ITIL standards.

  • Ensure the high availability, performance, and security of critical web application and database estate across multi cloud environments.
