  • Measures adoption of sales enablement content by commercial teams.
  • Runs structured win/loss analysis and translates findings into updated messaging, positioning, and enablement materials with clear commercial accountability for outcomes.
  • Owns the go-to-market process for new products (launch playbooks) and product updates.
  • Briefs the Marketing Manager on digital content requirements based on the messaging framework, ensuring campaign execution is consistent across all channels.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record developing and owning positioning and messaging frameworks for complex B2B products in a multi-market, multi-audience environment.
  • Proven ability to design and synthesise market, customer, and competitive intelligence into positioning that differentiates the product.
  • Previous evidence that intelligence directly shaped positioning decisions and commercial differentiation.
  • Experience running structured win/loss analysis and ability to translate findings into updated messaging and sales enablement with measurable commercial impact.
  • Experience working between product, commercial, and marketing teams to translate product capability into commercially compelling narratives.
  • End-to-end GTM ownership across the full launch lifecycle: strategy, goal setting, cross-functional alignment, execution, measurement, and post-launch review.
  • Evidence of managing conflicting priorities and tensions across different functions and products.
  • Proficient with HubSpot reporting and attribution tools to measure the commercial impact of PMM output: win rates, deal velocity, and enablement adoption rates (or equivalent experience on Salesforce).
  • Actively uses AI tools as part of day-to-day workflow: competitive intelligence synthesis, market research, positioning iteration, and sales enablement development.
