About the Role

This role is responsible for building and maintaining professional and profitable relationships with key clients and agencies, identifying business growth opportunities, and developing these relationships and creative opportunities to generate maximum revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Generate maximum revenue by building strong client and agency relationships from key existing new brands / agencies.
  • Identify strong potential sales opportunities and distinguish key areas for future business development.
  • Own client and agency relationships to influence activity towards the OOH market and JCD specifically through proactive pitching.
  • Grow a comprehensive understanding of agency business and media objectives.
  • Devise National client development strategies, sales reporting, and revenue forecasts for direct and agency accounts.
  • Act as an ambassador for JCDecaux, ensuring the business is perceived as the market leader and securing the largest share of business.
  • Communicate company information and key messages to the market.
  • Understand and share JCDecaux's programmatic narrative to drive awareness and revenues.
  • Act as an expert in the management and delivery of customer campaigns from objective translation to implementation.
  • Generate revenue above £1 million for direct brands from clients spending more than £100K per cycle.
  • Focus on client development and performance, and self-generating new opportunities.
  • Grow sound knowledge of JCDecaux’s portfolio to influence planning decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase OOH revenue from the assigned agency portfolio.
  • Act as the primary contact for key media agencies, influencing planning decisions and promoting JCDecaux’s portfolio.
  • Analyze client business and marketing objectives to create tailored advertising solutions.
  • Provide feedback, sales leads, and standard process methods to colleagues and management.
  • Work in close collaboration with other JCDecaux departments, facilitating smooth cross-team cooperation.
  • Demonstrate forward-thinking, creative, and innovative ideas within the Business Growth team.
  • Adhere to and advocate for established business and commercial policies to achieve business strategy and objectives.
