About the Role
As a Product Owner reporting to the Program Manager, you will own the vision and roadmap for digital products, including corporate sites, from conception through delivery and run phases. You will ensure alignment with company goals while managing and supporting a team of external Product Owners to drive operational project success.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product strategy within the organization
- Translate company strategy and business needs into a coherent, actionable product roadmap
- Collaborate with business teams to maintain a 360-degree product vision and prioritize initiatives
- Identify stakeholders, dependencies, and impacts during the project initiation phase
- Support Product Owners in macro-scoping requirements for integrator briefs
- Supervise the full product lifecycle including studies, planning, development, launch, and run
- Define, track, and manage product quality KPIs
- Provide functional and technical insights regarding architecture and tools to guide product reflection
- Coordinate technical agencies and suppliers while linking them to existing and future environments
- Contribute to the selection of new technical partners and agencies
- Manage team activity to ensure capacity for delivering defined product roadmaps
- Establish and strengthen governance with business teams
- Manage internal and external processes to ensure fluid collaboration
- Report project status and alerts to management while tracking schedules
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Product Owner role
- Experience working in an international environment
- Strong technical background to understand architecture and interact with IT infrastructure teams
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
