As a Front of House Leader, you will act as an in-shop champion, coaching and mentoring your team while maintaining high standards. You will balance hands-on operational tasks, such as coffee preparation, with administrative responsibilities like managing figures and spreadsheets to ensure team and customer satisfaction.

- £15.35 per hour (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
- Additional £5 per hour for shifts starting between 3-5am after training
