About the Role

This role is offered with hybrid working from our Embassy Gardens office in London. Reporting to the Head of Business Change, you’ll work across our large-scale technology and process transformation programmes. Working with the Director of Technology and the Business Change team, you will create and deliver communications to support successful programme delivery and embed sustainable change. This is an unrivalled opportunity for a professional in either Communications or Change to make an important impact quickly. You do not need to have publishing experience to be successful in this role, but will be outstanding in delivering seamless communications activity for a wide range of audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, devising and delivering effective communications plans, across Technology and in collaboration with the Business Change team.
  • Authoring content and ensuring appropriate stakeholders review and sign-off.
  • Creating a range of communication collateral e.g. presentations, newsletters, briefing notes for multiple audiences in a complex and fast moving environment to time, quality and budget.
  • Acting as a repository owner for all communications.
  • Planning and managing events, road shows, and communication forums.
  • Gathering feedback, assessing effectiveness of communication activity and recommending improvements.
  • Manage working relationships with key communication stakeholders such as Technology Leadership team, Group Communications and Strategic Projects team.
  • Defining and planning key communication messaging for all tech and programme related external communications.
  • Co-ordinating delivery of external communications and sign off through Group Communications and the senior leadership of PRH.

Requirements

  • Proficient in delivering communications activity within a programme environment.
  • Previous experience of working on complex, sensitive change projects and programmes and working sensitively and proactively with employees experiencing change.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding and demonstration of communication and engagement practices in a project environment.
  • Able to simplify complex messages for a range of audiences.
  • Ability to analyse and make judgement call on any completing requirements.
  • Strong ability to establish relationships quickly, engage with stakeholders and influence through all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience of designing and developing materials and delivering them in line with planned dates, quality and cost in previous complex programmes.
