About the Role
As part of the Business Services Team, you will support the team in their daily work, providing consulting to clients on future topics and evaluating funding programs and laws. You will utilize your organizational and communication skills in office management.
Responsibilities
- Quality assurance of reports, website texts, and PowerPoint presentations regarding spelling, formatting, and layout.
- Creation of cover letters and outgoing invoices.
- Management of the cash book and overviews in Excel.
- Booking and settlement of travel expenses.
- Office organization, including ordering and purchasing office supplies, managing the office atmosphere, and communicating with external service providers.
- Organization and implementation of events.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship as an office management clerk or comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in office management or (team) assistance.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with CMS applications such as WordPress is ideal.
- Good sense for layouts and texts.
- High standards for work quality.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level).
- Positive mindset and ability to project it externally.
- Team player, empathetic, with a strong service orientation.
