About the Role
The Medical Support team is central to Eucalyptus and its brands, focusing on delivering exceptional patient care and supporting prescribers and team members. The role involves managing medical enquiries, providing personalized advice, and contributing to the development of medical knowledge systems.
Responsibilities
- Triage asynchronous medical enquiries to ensure patient safety and care
- Provide outstanding, personalized medical advice to patients via email and phone
- Respond to medical incidents within agreed SLAs
- Assist in creating medical knowledge centres to empower support teams
- Proactively engage with patients throughout their treatment journey
- Collaborate with Medical Support Specialists to build and improve processes and systems
- Serve as a critical point of contact for prescribers, health coaches, and internal teams
Requirements
- Registered healthcare professional
- 2+ years of post-registration experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience as a Pharmacist or Nurse
- Passion for online and primary care
- Tech-savvy with confidence in navigating digital applications for clinical practice
- Ability to make timely and accurate referral decisions
- Strong clinical expertise and ability to handle stressful situations
- Clear and concise communication skills
