About the Role
The Medical Support team is central to Eucalyptus and its brands, focusing on providing exceptional patient care and ensuring reliability for prescribers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Triaging asynchronous medical enquiries efficiently to ensure excellent patient safety and care.
- Providing outstanding medical advice to patients at scale via email and phone, creating lasting impressions through depth and personalization.
- Responding to medical incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Assisting in the creation of medical knowledge centers to empower Patient & Medical Support teams.
- Proactively engaging with patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Collaborating with Medical Support Specialists to build and improve processes and systems.
- Serving as a critical point of contact for Eucalyptus prescribers, Health Coaches, and other teams.
Requirements
- Registered healthcare professional with 2+ years post-registration experience.
- Demonstrated experience in primary care conditions.
- Confident in navigating digital applications for clinical practice.
- Ability to make timely and accurate referral decisions based on clinical expertise.
- Ability to remain composed in stressful situations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with patients, health professionals, and team members.
