We are seeking an individual who is passionate about footwear, excels at customer service, and is eager to contribute to a developing brand. This role involves direct customer interaction at our new Neal Street store, offering flexible part-time hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, knowledgeable experience to every customer
- Maintain the shop floor's appearance
- Achieve individual sales and service targets
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across the collection
- Share customer feedback and commercial insights with management
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer-facing role experience
- Confident, curious, and detail-oriented
- Ability to initiate conversations naturally
- Previous premium or fashion footwear experience is a plus, but a strong interest is essential
- Must be available to work weekends and during peak periods (e.g., holidays, launches)
- Punctual, dependable, and capable of working at a fast retail pace
