About the Role
Vinted Engineering is building an AI platform and seeks a Sr. TPM to own its strategy, roadmap, and delivery. This role is crucial for establishing a managed foundation that connects AI tooling, workflows, and measurement for all engineering teams, driving business impact through relevant metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own the cross-Engineering AI adoption strategy, setting outcome targets, building alignment, and driving accountability.
- Define and build the measurement framework to make AI impact visible and drive decisions.
- Lead the delivery of an AI toolset, including standardized, pre-configured, and integrated tools.
- Run structured, data-driven trials to evaluate new tools with clear go/no-go criteria.
- Work with engineering leaders to make AI assistance the norm for PRs.
- Ensure platform reliability and scalability by removing adoption blockers, setting code quality guardrails, and owning compliance and security.
- Manage a portfolio of AI initiatives, balancing pace and quality, and escalating risks to leadership.
Requirements
- Significant senior-level experience in technical program or project management with a track record of owning complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end.
- Software engineering or engineering management experience for technical credibility.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered developer tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor) and LLM-based workflows.
- Proven track record of driving large, cross-functional programs to measurable results in fast-moving, complex organizations.
- Comfortable leading in ambiguity and building the playbook.
- Strong ability to drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical and data-driven narratives for engineering and executive audiences.
- Experience with developer productivity metrics (DORA metrics or similar) is a strong plus.
- Inclined to aim high, take ownership, and move with urgency.
