About the Role
Fotografiska Berlin is a contemporary museum of photography, art, and culture that integrates creative dining experiences into the visitor journey. This role supports the kitchen team in delivering high-quality culinary services within a vibrant cultural environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
- Support the preparation and cooking of meals
- Wash dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils
- Clean work surfaces, kitchen equipment, and utensils
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Assist with storage tasks including stocking goods and checking inventory
- Perform general kitchen support duties
Requirements
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Reliable and detail-oriented work ethic
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment
