About the Role

We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Diagnostic Technician to join our team. This role focuses on solving complex vehicle issues, delivering high-quality repairs, and providing honest service in a supportive, professional shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues
• Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems
• Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems
• Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Maintain 90%+ labor productivity
• Serve as technical leaders within the shop

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an A-Level Diagnostic Technician
• Required state and local certifications to legally perform work
• Current valid driver's license
• Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs without assistance
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to perform major and fine motor skill movements
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to earn ASE certifications and work towards Master ASE status
