About the Role

The Site Manager is responsible for the effective management, administration, and control of business functions at identified client site(s). This role oversees the timely and effective resolution of all contracted services while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all services contracted by the client at the assigned site, providing exceptional customer service and quality.
  • Evaluate and resolve high-priority and complex problems through communication and negotiation with clients, vendors, and internal professionals.
  • Manage budget, resource allocation, and forecasting tools for optimal resource utilization and effective budgetary reporting.
  • Manage status reports, productivity reports, and other source documents to ensure optimal staff performance.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and CBPS.
  • Prioritize and schedule all work, including overflow work to backup facilities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and usage of all equipment and supplies.
  • Conduct staff meetings to communicate corporate policies and goals.
  • Manage staff through selection, recruitment, development, and mentoring; handle corrective actions and performance evaluations; provide training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are met by measuring against company goals.
  • Interface with the client, operations team, and corporate departments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree preferred or comparable work experience.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience as a manager in a professional business setting, preferably in the reprographic/mail industry.
  • Experience managing a site with 1-4 non-exempt employees.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and clients.
  • Ability to establish personal credibility with customers and staff.
  • Ability to execute and deliver the highest quality production and customer service.
  • Ability to establish a challenging, constructive, and open workplace culture.
  • Ability to work with peers and teams to establish departmental decisions, processes, and ensure standardized activities.
  • Ability to work in stressful situations and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to create a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
