Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver sourcing projects, including RFIs/RFPs, supplier negotiations, and end-to-end sourcing strategies across IT categories.
- Drive analysis and value creation through rigorous capability, price, and service benchmarking.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of contracts and data to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Shape IT sourcing strategies by translating opportunity assessments into actionable plans.
- Engage directly with clients, collaborate with stakeholders, prepare presentations, and contribute in meetings and workshops.
- Contribute to the knowledge ecosystem by updating benchmark tools, sharing category expertise, and developing best practices.
- Support research and offering development by conducting targeted research and monitoring market trends.
- Mentor and grow junior staff by providing feedback and helping them build confidence and capability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in IT sourcing across multiple sub-categories.
- Proven ability to analyze data, benchmark contracts, and support supplier negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills and subject-matter expertise in at least one IT category (e.g., hardware, software, or services).
- Confidence to work independently, share perspectives, and influence client decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a high level of personal accountability.
- Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills.
- Willingness to travel to work with clients and Inverto teams.

Salary/Compensations
- First-year base compensation starts at $160,000 in USD
- Eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus
- Eligible for BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution
