About the Role
Join the re-opening team at the newly refurbished Harbour Rocks Hotel as a Room Attendant. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms to a high standard, including bathrooms, linen, and amenities.
- Maintain Room Ready on Arrival standards while meeting daily targets.
- Restock guest supplies and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle guest belongings and hotel property with care following lost property procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness in corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure efficient room turnarounds.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures, including safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented approach with pride in high-standard presentation.
- Physical fitness and stamina to remain active throughout a shift.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently to time and quality standards.
- Genuine interest in hospitality and hotel operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
