About the Role
As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be permanently based at the reception desk covering the front of house function within Chiswick Park. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless journey for all that enter the building, and collaborating with other teams and service partners across the park.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership and accountability of the reception and associated areas, ensuring they are kept in the best possible order.
- Liaise with cleaners, facilities, maintenance, and other departments as necessary.
- Ensure the St James folder, manual, occupiers’ procedures, and phone database are up to date.
- Deliver monthly reports and appropriate FOH data as required.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, visitors, occupiers, and clients, addressing questions and queries.
- Meet and greet all guests and visitors, providing exceptional service.
- Stand to greet as a basic standard.
- Receive and answer calls promptly and efficiently, identifying caller requirements and transferring calls appropriately.
- Build strong relationships with building occupiers, the building manager, and other service partners.
- Create and lead on the events calendar and engage in client activities on the Park.
- Ensure the reception area is kept organised, clean, and tidy at all times.
- Create, maintain, and deliver accurate daily/weekly/monthly buildings reports/checklists, key management, and H&S requirements.
- Adhere to St James policies and procedures, code of conduct, and be fully conversant with emergency procedures related to Health & Safety.
- Represent St James and client values with pride.
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary to support the client, customer, colleagues, and St James.
Requirements
- Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, flexibility to work with a range of styles and personalities, and adaptability to business demands.
- Excellent punctuality, an outgoing nature, and a can-do/proactive attitude.
