About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Associate, Business Enablement to champion employee engagement, communications, and onboarding initiatives across our Wealth Management business. This role is about building connections, driving impact, and elevating experiences—both for our employees and our clients. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll partner closely with leaders across Lines of Business, HR, and Marketing to deliver initiatives that foster a vibrant, inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
- Bring creativity to employee experience projects — from onboarding to town halls — that make people feel valued and connected.
- Lead fun, impactful initiatives (e.g., training coordination, team events) that celebrate our diverse workforce.
- Turn strategic priorities into stories that inspire and unite our teams.
- Craft clear, compelling internal communications that keep everyone informed and excited about our direction.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure our messaging is consistent and engaging.
- Coordinate client communications that reflect our brand’s excellence.
- Help showcase our successes through polished strategic documents.
- Track professional development and compliance requirements to keep our teams ahead of the curve.
- Seek out fresh ideas (from inside RBC and beyond) to keep our practices cutting-edge.
- Ensure every initiative aligns with our business goals and delivers real value.
- Lead on ad-hoc initiatives to grow our team’s offering and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience in Financial Services, Communications, Marketing, or Project Management.
- A knack for creative problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
- Strong writing skills to bring ideas to life.
- Sharp attention to detail and a talent for juggling priorities.
- Tech-savvy with a collaborative spirit.
- Modern Project management skills (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- A degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
