About the Role
Quantexa is seeking a Global Head of Fraud Solutions to define, scale, and evolve the company's Fraud and Security solutions globally. This role involves charting an ambitious path for the counter-fraud suite, serving as a global thought leader, and representing Quantexa at international conferences and with senior executives. The position requires owning the global solution strategy, shaping the product roadmap, and collaborating with various internal teams. It also includes leadership of a geographically distributed team of Solution Owners and fraud SMEs.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the global strategy, vision, and roadmap for Quantexa's Fraud Solutions.
- Translate global market requirements, technological shifts, and regulatory trends into specific product roadmap features.
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content and serve as a recognized global authority at industry events.
- Engage proactively with relevant Analyst Firms and lead domain analysts.
- Maintain deep currency of the global competitor landscape and ensure value propositions are differentiated.
- Act as the central SME on counter-fraud solutions, guiding and shaping product positioning.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to design scalable, industry-specific solution narratives.
- Act as a subject-matter advisor to the Delivery team on critical domain questions during Fraud solution deployment.
- Support the creation, refinement, and execution of global Go-to-Market plans for Fraud Solutions.
- Partner with regional Sales leaders on strategic global accounts, assisting in client workshops.
- Work with the Global Alliances team to identify, stand up, and nurture strategic relationships with key partners.
- Strategically support and contribute to the execution of high-profile global Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Values (PoVs).
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, global team of Solution Owners and regional Fraud heads.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and cross-regional collaboration.
- Serve as a strong contributing member of the core Product Leadership Team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in direct counter-fraud risk management, compliance, or investigation within financial services, government, professional services, or consulting.
- Proven track record of leading product strategy, solution ownership, or software development within an enterprise software vendor.
- Experience directing the growth and evolution of complex multi-industry fraud platforms.
- Deep understanding of how AI is shaping counter fraud solutions.
- Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence, engage, and build trust with C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience operating within a fast-paced, matrixed software product environment.
- Seamless collaboration across sales, alliances, marketing, and R&D.
- Deep curiosity and technical comprehension of data-driven, analytical solutions.
- Track record of successfully managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally (~30%) to support strategic customer engagements and partner enablement.
