About the Role
This role offers a technically minded individual increased responsibility and autonomy in building and maintaining services for engineering squads, with a primary focus on enabling and supporting AI adoption across the business.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with stakeholders and prioritize based on impact.
- Deal with ambiguity and adapt flexibly using kanban.
- Address urgent needs of product squads when they are blocked.
- Work on CI/CD pipelines, Golden Paths, and AI productivity tooling.
- Collaborate with other squads to assist with their problems.
- Participate in an on-call rota for in-hours support to assist engineers with various issues.
- Ensure immediate support for engineers facing issues with pipelines, deployments, or unfamiliar problems.
