About the Role

Sonar is seeking an ABM Manager to own the strategy, execution, and measurement of account-based marketing programs for their most strategic enterprise accounts. This role involves orchestrating personalized, multi-channel campaigns to accelerate pipeline and deepen expansion within key enterprises, blending strategic account selection with hands-on campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own ABM strategy and account selection, defining and running programs across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many tiers.
  • Build and continuously optimize personalized, multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, web personalization, direct mail, and content.
  • Align marketing and sales by co-developing account plans, equipping teams with messaging and assets, and coordinating outreach.
  • Define, refine, and optimize Sonar’s ideal customer profile in partnership with product marketing and sales.
  • Leverage intent and engagement data to identify in-market accounts, prioritize outreach, and trigger plays.
  • Drive and accelerate qualified pipeline within target accounts and expansion within existing customers.
  • Define and own ABM metrics, including account engagement, pipeline contribution, velocity, and ROI, delivering regular reports.
  • Partner cross-functionally on content and messaging to develop account- and persona-specific assets.
  • Collaborate on field and event programs to integrate ABM into events, roundtables, and webinars.
  • Manage and steward the ABM budget for maximum return and oversee ABM platform, data, and agency vendors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on account-based marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns, preferably within enterprise SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing ABM programs (one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many) that drive measurable pipeline and expansion.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM and intent platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks) and understanding of how to operationalize account data and intent signals.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, optimize spend, track engagement and pipeline, and report on ROI.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales and SDR teams to align on account strategy, plays, and follow-up.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with paid media and digital channels relevant to ABM, including LinkedIn and programmatic display.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs, accounts, and stakeholders simultaneously and independently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and functions.
  • Candidates need to be genuinely based in the location the role is posted; relocation support is available.
