Responsibilities
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
- Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties.
- Deploy staff appropriately to ensure required standards are delivered and maintained within rooms.
- Ensure the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
- Ensure practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff.
- Ensure all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.
