- Align data consumers, Product Owners, IT teams, Information Security, and Business Unit heads within a complex global environment.
- Partner with Consultancy and Enterprise Architects to deliver, operate, and improve the new tech stack, ensuring it meets global business requirements.
- Ensure all data platform components are monitored for capacity and performance, with system availability exceeding 99.99%.
- Own the definition, implementation, and ongoing operation of the service and support wrapper for the entire data platform stack.
- Identify and deliver the appropriate staffing and support model to assure availability, resilience, supportability, and recoverability.

- Act as a subject matter expert/focal point for escalations relating to data services and tools.
- Optimize code execution through regular reviews to meet availability targets.
- Identify and deliver necessary skills and lead cultural change through role-modelling, talent assessment, development planning, and restructuring.
- Establish standards for data lineage and quality to ensure the 'Single Source of Truth' remains truthful.
- Manage codebases using version control practices for data assets, including branching strategies, pull request workflows, and repository management for data pipelines and configuration.
- Ensure all data platform components, including pipelines, infrastructure, and configurations, are version controlled with CI/CD processes governing environment promotion.
Requirements
