About the Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys writing about technology and wants to work closely with the developers who build the software. At TenMedia, we have been developing custom software in the heart of Berlin for over 14 years. We need you to make our topics understandable and visible through various channels like blogs, manuals, podcasts, audio, and video, ensuring strong visibility on Google and in AI searches.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the SEO and AI visibility of our content, from keyword research to on-page optimization and revising existing texts.
You research, plan, and write blog posts on our topics in a clear, readable style with your own unique voice.
You produce content beyond text in other formats, such as podcasts, audio, and video.
You explain what our software does and develop topics in collaboration with the developers.
You write manuals and instructions clearly enough for both humans and AI models to understand.
You develop your own ideas and new formats.

Requirements

You write stylistically confident German.
You have a profound understanding of SEO, from keyword research to on-page optimization, and make content data-drivenly visible.
You are curious about technology and enjoy delving into software topics, with a basic understanding of concepts like databases, CMS, or frameworks.
You enjoy using AI tools in your daily work.
You work independently and communicate clearly and enjoyably within a team.
