About the Role

As a Founder's Associate with a focus on AI & Process Optimization, you will work directly with our Founder, taking on responsibility from day one. You will independently drive projects to make internal processes more scalable, transparent, and efficient using AI, automation, and the right tool stack to build the foundation for future growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual and repetitive workflows, develop AI-driven solutions, and implement no-code/low-code automations (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude Code) to measurably increase operational efficiency.
• Build an AI and tool-supported operating model to make the organization scalable for rapid growth.
• Act as a liaison between management, sales, operations, and tech – analyze requirements, structure processes, and implement scalable solutions with relevant teams.
• Develop clear workflows, automations, and digital structures from operational complexity that make the team faster and more efficient.
• Optimize CRM, operations, and data flows, ensuring information is efficiently captured, processed, and made usable across teams.

Requirements

• Strong desire to prove yourself immediately.
• Quick comprehension and ownership mentality: understand context without needing detailed instructions and complete tasks thoroughly with attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-starting: do not wait for instructions and independently learn new topics, tools, and processes.
• Take yourself seriously: view sports and personal growth as essential.
• Very good low-code or no-code skills and high tool affinity with experience in Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Supabase, or comparable tools.
• Ongoing or completed studies in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering) or in Business/Real Estate with high technical affinity to become an expert in the digital Heidi process landscape.
• Ideally 2+ relevant internships and/or professional experience in roles focusing on AI, automation, data, product ops, or process excellence – ideally in a startup, tech company, or management consultancy.
• Good coding skills (e.g., Python, SQL) or experience with APIs and database structures are a significant plus.
• High intrinsic motivation and strong entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to proactively drive own projects, learn quickly, take responsibility for diverse tasks, and handle ambiguity.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a good sense for operational reality – think in systems, not just ideas.
• Interest or initial experience in real estate, PropTech, ClimateTech, or energy is a plus.
• Native-level German (non-negotiable) and fluent English.
