About the Role

Responsibilities

• Support corporate housekeeping activities, including maintaining updated registries, creating SPVs, managing organizational charts, entity lists, and Excel files for asset management.
• Assist in business development by preparing retransfer contracts, updating legal templates, and conducting legal research.
• Help manage invoice processes, including engaging law firms, coordinating signatures for engagement letters and contracts, facilitating internal approval processes, award analysis, and collaborating with Finance, Treasury, and IT departments.
• Prepare and dispatch documents for signatures, ensuring coordination with other paralegals.
• Provide general legal support through contract assistance, vendor communication, and ongoing legal research.

Requirements

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Law related studies or equal, with at least 12 months of study remaining.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Business fluent in English and German.
