About the Role

Entrepreneurs First (EF) is seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Associate to manage a diverse portfolio of founder-facing events and strategic partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen the EF brand, support scaling operations in the flagship London office, and contribute to the success of EF's Talent Investing teams. The position involves taking ownership of operational projects, supporting program delivery, and potentially managing operational cycles end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Own London's external events strategy, delivering at least 2 high-impact events a month.
  • Partner with Talent Investors to create events that strengthen founder cultivation.
  • Track ROI of events and recommend strategy adjustments.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of EF's founder, team, and alumni events.
  • Co-create internal events for the EF team to foster collaboration and culture.
  • Create annual event calendar for EF alumni to foster founder community.
  • Develop scalable playbooks and processes for event delivery.
  • Serve as London's primary point of contact for external partners.
  • Identify strategic opportunities with partners for event sponsorship and collaborations.
  • Identify and onboard new partnerships valuable to the EF community.
  • Own the partnership strategy and distribution across global Ops teams.
  • Understand operational workflows across Talent and Form cycles.
  • Engage with founders throughout their EF journey to eliminate roadblocks.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and remove inefficiencies through tooling.
  • Champion the adoption of AI tools to reduce manual work.
  • Own the day-to-day running of the London office.
  • Manage the relationship with the Shoreditch Exchange Community team.
  • Lead workspace improvement projects to enhance employee and founder experience.
