About the Role
Caspar Health connects clinics with their patients digitally to improve health outcomes. We are looking for dedicated therapists to join our growing team and be among the first Caspar therapists in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Work in an interdisciplinary team with therapists, medical, and psychotherapeutic colleagues.
- Provide individual patient support using the Caspar app, chat, and phone for various aftercare concepts.
- Create personalized training plans based on diagnosis, patient needs, and wishes after a welcome call.
- Motivate patients to increase therapy adherence.
- Contribute creative ideas and help establish new structures and processes within the patient support team.
- Lead group courses via video during rehabilitation, conduct live webinars, and give prevention lectures.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree as a therapist (physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or sports scientist).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a therapist with rehabilitation patients.
- Experience in orthopedics and at least one other specialty area (e.g., neurology, cardiology, geriatrics, gynecology, pulmonology, oncology).
- Affinity for digital media and its use in healthcare.
- Empathetic, strong communication skills, and appreciative demeanor.
- Fluent German and basic English skills.
- Residency in Germany.
