About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will shape the future development of EPIKUR, a product used by approximately 7,500 psychotherapeutic practices in Germany. You will influence the product's evolution directly, impacting how effectively therapists can care for their patients. This role is within a specialized system in a regulated market undergoing significant transformation due to telematics infrastructure and digitalization, distinct from generic SaaS or corporate hierarchies.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the strategic and operational further development of our PVS, from user requirements to roadmap and release.
  • Make product decisions based on user research, market observation, and regulatory requirements, communicating them clearly to the team.
  • Act as a central interface between Engineering, UX, and specialist departments, creating clarity rather than just tickets.
  • Manage release processes and design rollouts for smooth implementation in practices.
  • Actively evaluate how AI functionalities can be meaningfully integrated into existing workflows, from conception to evaluation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product management.
  • Project experience with regulatory requirements in healthcare (e.g., gematik, KBV, etc.).
  • Practical experience in developing AI-powered features for customer-oriented software solutions.
  • Strong technical affinity: comfortable with technical requirements and communicating at eye level with development.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams in agile structures.
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Figma; able to write technical requirements without needing developers as translators.
  • German language skills C1+ for user communication, regulatory documents, and internal exchange.
