About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will shape the future development of EPIKUR, a product used by approximately 7,500 psychotherapeutic practices in Germany. You will influence the product's evolution directly, impacting how effectively therapists can care for their patients. This role is within a specialized system in a regulated market undergoing significant transformation due to telematics infrastructure and digitalization, distinct from generic SaaS or corporate hierarchies.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the strategic and operational further development of our PVS, from user requirements to roadmap and release.
Make product decisions based on user research, market observation, and regulatory requirements, communicating them clearly to the team.
Act as a central interface between Engineering, UX, and specialist departments, creating clarity rather than just tickets.
Manage release processes and design rollouts for smooth implementation in practices.
Actively evaluate how AI functionalities can be meaningfully integrated into existing workflows, from conception to evaluation.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product management.
Project experience with regulatory requirements in healthcare (e.g., gematik, KBV, etc.).
Practical experience in developing AI-powered features for customer-oriented software solutions.
Strong technical affinity: comfortable with technical requirements and communicating at eye level with development.
Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams in agile structures.
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Figma; able to write technical requirements without needing developers as translators.
German language skills C1+ for user communication, regulatory documents, and internal exchange.
