About the Role
DeepIP is seeking a Product Marketing professional to act as the bridge between product development and external stakeholders. This role involves owning the product's narrative, creating compelling visuals and materials, conducting internal training, and developing user guides and onboarding content to drive product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Structure product release campaigns and design a repeatable release process.
- Translate feature lists into structured problem/solution narratives with clear value propositions.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation to plan 360 campaigns that generate pipeline.
- Own and maintain the core sales demo flow, integrating new features as they ship.
- Ensure the product narrative remains coherent as the product evolves.
- Produce illustrations, diagrams, and visual materials to explain product functionality.
- Build marketing materials tied directly to product capabilities.
- Own and update all product-related published content.
- Conduct training sessions for Sales and Customer Success on product and demo changes.
- Act as the internal source of truth for feature communication.
- Identify top competitors and produce battle cards detailing their positioning and our winning arguments.
- Build a response guide for common competitor objections and FUD.
- Participate in QA sessions to identify gaps between product, documentation, and demo.
- Flag mismatches between product behavior and materials before they reach prospects.
- Write clear, task-oriented how-to guides from a user's perspective.
- Write and maintain onboarding email sequences to drive user activation.
Requirements
- English native speaker.
- B2B SaaS background, ideally in a product marketing or product-adjacent content role.
- Experience in IP, patents, or legal services (as a marketer or practitioner).
- Experience at a high-growth, Series A/B startup.
- Proven experience in demo flow ownership, including building and maintaining a sales demo flow in a fast-shipping environment.
- Strong instructional writing skills for guides, onboarding emails, or training materials.
- A portfolio demonstrating long-form content (case studies, whitepapers, market reports).
- Hands-on comfort producing visual content like illustrations, diagrams, or product explainer visuals.
- Comfortable participating in QA/release conversations and assessing clarity.
- A maker's instinct, with a preference for producing assets directly.
