About the Role
This position is responsible for achieving sales targets for Prada Ladies' Leathergoods (Bags) across all Prada Boutiques/Shops by executing Buying and Retail Merchandising activities in close collaboration with Headquarters and Japan Retail Functions. The role involves analyzing market features, sales, and trends to maintain an in-depth understanding of the market and stay current.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the buying process, in line with the selection of Headquarters Master Order.
- Handle replenishment and rebalance products with the Headquarters Retail Merchandising Manager to achieve sell-through targets.
- Analyze sales performance and sell-through, supervising the local market to ensure effective stock management and timely replenishment to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Headquarters Retail Merchandising Department to ensure product availability.
- Frequently visit Boutiques/Shops in the Region to provide assistance and feedback and increase performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and clientele characteristics, continuously transferring significant information to Headquarters.
- Facilitate seasonal Product Training for all shops.
- Develop sales strength of Store Managers and Staffs.
- Participate in periodical Store Managers’ Meetings to increase communication effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure the Prada image in the shops.
