About the Role
We are seeking Restaurant Wait Staff, Event Food & Beverage Attendants, and Bartenders to join our re-opening team and bring our food and beverage experience to life.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive service to guests dining and drinking at Tayim and across the hotel.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a high standard of presentation throughout service.
- Prepare and serve drinks with care and consistency, from coffee through to cocktails, for Bartender roles.
- Set up and pack down outlets, keeping service areas clean, stocked and ready for the next guest.
- Process payments accurately and handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism and conduct across all outlets.
Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage, bar or hospitality service is a bonus, but not essential.
- A friendly, energetic manner and genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- For Bartenders, bar or cocktail experience is preferred.
- RSA is required for all F&B and bar roles.
- The ability to stay calm and think on your feet during busy periods or unexpected situations.
- A genuine interest in hospitality and in being part of a hotel's opening team.
- Current RSA, or willingness to obtain one.
