About the Role
We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals for roles including Restaurant Wait Staff, Event Food & Beverage Attendants, and Bartenders to contribute to the vibrant food and beverage experience at Harbour Rocks Hotel.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive service to guests dining and drinking at Tayim and across the hotel.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain high presentation standards.
- Prepare and serve drinks, from coffee to cocktails (for Bartender roles).
- Set up and pack down outlets, ensuring service areas are clean and stocked.
- Process payments accurately and handle guest requests or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism, and conduct.
Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage, bar, or hospitality service is a bonus, but not essential.
- A friendly, energetic manner and genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- Bar or cocktail experience is preferred for Bartender roles.
- RSA is required for all F&B and bar roles.
- Ability to stay calm and think on your feet during busy periods or unexpected situations.
- A genuine interest in hospitality and in being part of a hotel's opening team.
- Current RSA, or willingness to obtain one.
