About the Role

Paul's Job is an AI-native recruiting platform focused on connecting the right people with the right jobs by integrating an intelligence layer into the recruiting process. This role offers a key position within the Customer Success / Implementation team of a rapidly growing HR-tech startup, providing significant autonomy in technical decisions and the use of cutting-edge AI development tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical implementation of the AI recruiting platform for new clients, from kick-off to successful go-live.
• Independently develop API interfaces to client's existing ATS and HR systems, utilizing AI tools where applicable.
• Develop custom software modules and scripts (e.g., Python) directly on the Paul's Job platform to optimize client-specific processes.
• Provide technical consulting to clients, mapping technical processes and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams to incorporate client feedback into platform improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software project management (e.g., Technical Project Manager, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant).
• Proven experience interacting with clients and managing projects with a service-oriented approach.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to write code (Node.js, Javascript, or Python).
• Proficiency with API documentation (REST, JSON).
• Ability to independently implement technical integrations.
• Experience with AI-assisted development.
• Enjoy working directly with clients and communicating technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent German and very good English language skills.
