About the Role

This role within the Growth and Experience team oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of nationwide trade and client events. The position ensures high-standard execution that reflects the company brand, engages audiences, and supports strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver trade marketing events that strengthen client engagement and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end event delivery for virtual and in-person formats, including logistics, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and creative agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with event sponsors, commercial partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage supplier and partner relationships, including negotiations and contract oversight.
  • Partner with the Client Marketing team to enhance customer experiences and brand interactions.
  • Monitor industry insights and global best practices to innovate event strategies.
  • Evaluate and report on event performance to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in managing brand partnerships.

  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
