About the Role
Citi Markets, Business Execution / Chief of Staff Office is a dedicated team responsible for driving business execution, working closely with Markets leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure and rapidly develop through working on initiatives across Markets.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data analysis and synthesis, extracting key insights, identifying trends, and drawing clear conclusions.
- Create and update high-quality presentation materials for senior management.
- Facilitate and drive processes requiring input from other teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Provide flexible and responsive support on ad-hoc tasks, presentations, documentation, and administrative assistance.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a relevant financial services environment, ideally gained in top-tier consulting supporting financial institution clients on strategic engagements.
- Proven ability to remain agile and adaptable in high-pressure environments, managing shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and complex stakeholder expectations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of producing accurate, high-quality deliverables.
- Highly collaborative and effective at building an internal network, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong academic background with a degree from a leading university, demonstrating intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Passionate about and with a track record in applying AI / developing AI solutions.
