About the Role

Lead Social Creative strategy while mentoring a team of specialists, to deliver on the vision on some of the most exciting global brands. Drive strategy, commercial impact, and specialist growth within the UK Paid Social & Creative service offering.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Creative & Social Performance strategy on 5-6 clients, ensuring work ladders up to broader commercial and brand goals.
  • Deliver and optimize Creative Roadmaps that directly tie into wider business goals, proactively identifying opportunities, challenges, and solutions.
  • Develop robust creative concept sessions, briefing ad ideas into production and leading continuous testing and iteration cycles in partnership with the Studio team.
  • Directly manage a team of 4+ Specialists and lead departmental recruitment.
  • Translate agency goals into a clear vision that gives every team member a "why."
  • Role-model the s360 DNA establishing rituals that reinforce a high-performing and positive environment.
  • Build trusted partnerships by proactively steering client discussions, owning insights, and communicating with clarity.
  • Lead high-level commercial conversations, including scope changes and repricing, ensuring Paid Social work remains impactful for clients and profitable for the agency.
  • Lead high-stakes pitches and strategy resets, translating Paid Social & Creative audits into a compelling commercial narrative for Executive Leadership.
  • Define and refine repeatable frameworks and playbooks across Creative & Social to ensure high-value work remains sustainable and profitable.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in industry, with at least 5 years experience in a strategic role in performance creative, paid social, growth strategy or media buying.
  • Strong understanding of the changing Social ecosystem, and the role creative strategy plays in driving growth.
  • Direct experience growing DTC or Ecom brands through Creative Performance strategy.
  • Management experience with leading, shaping and motivating a team.
  • Confidence to lead complex brand strategies while keeping team mentorship at the centre of your day-to-day work.
