About the Role

As an Engineering Manager in the Accelerator Business Platform Team, you will lead a high-performing squad to deliver scalable solutions. You will bridge technical strategy with business goals, cultivate engineering talent, and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion while ensuring the health and delivery of your team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, oversight, and coaching for a team of software engineers.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives and technical roadmaps.
• Drive engineering standards, high-quality code, and scalable infrastructure.
• Partner with senior leadership to set long-term technical vision.
• Champion a you-build-it-you-run-it culture and oversee incident response.

• Scale operating practices for AI-assisted engineering and SDLC automation.
• Establish measurable expectations for throughput, reliability, and security.
• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to drive efficiency and capacity unlock.

Requirements

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Experience leading technologists to solve complex technical challenges.
• Proven people-management or team-lead experience.
• Strong background in system design, cloud native systems, and Kubernetes.
• Experience managing complex technical delivery in an agile environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business objectives into team-level tasks.
• Experience managing production systems, on-call rotations, and incident response.
• Experience leading multi-team adoption of AI-assisted development tools.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, and security implications.
