About the Role

Ericsson is seeking an experienced EHS leader to own the health, safety, and wellbeing function for the Market Area SouthEast Asia, Oceania and India (MOAI). This role involves managing physical, psychosocial, and environmental risks across diverse operating environments, including field operations, offices, and remote settings. The leader will embed psychosocial risk governance, strengthen contractor maturity, and integrate EHS into commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement EHS strategy for NEO - MOAI, aligned with global frameworks and regional risks.
  • Lead serious injury and fatality prevention initiatives, including critical control verification and precursor monitoring.
  • Govern psychosocial risks across all MOAI - NEO jurisdictions, meeting and strengthening regulatory obligations.
  • Manage workers' compensation performance, including premiums, claims, and return-to-work programs.
  • Lead and develop a specialist EHS team.

Requirements

  • Senior EHS leadership experience with familiarity in MOAI operating environments.
  • Experience designing psychosocial risk programs.
  • Experience leading organizations through serious incidents and regulatory scrutiny.
  • Experience with accountability for workers' compensation outcomes.
  • Understanding of high-risk field operations and contractor governance.
  • Credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Courage to raise uncomfortable risks.
  • Ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
