About the Role
Join Alstom's Services Engineering central function within the Transformation team, focused on achieving strategic 2030 objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work with dedicated professionals and experts driving significant changes across global engineering operations.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and ongoing support of the Service Transformation Program, aimed at implementing strategic changes aligned with 2030 objectives.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data, and create data visualizations.
- Promote a supportive and dynamic culture for Transformation within the team by implementing robust project management practices and providing guidance.
- Assist in the company-wide engineering transformation initiative, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
- Drive the change management process by developing innovative solutions and ensuring effective communication and adoption of the strategic vision for change.
- Assess current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the integration of lean management techniques to optimize organizational efficiency.
- Play a key role in organizational initiatives including engineering performance, people development, knowledge management, diversity and inclusion, internal communication, and workload management.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering management, Business Administration, or Project Management, or a bachelor’s degree with extensive professional experience.
- Experience in transformation projects and lean management.
- Ability to analyze complex scenarios and deliver practical solutions.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt.
- Responsible and able to manage projects.
- Ability to foster a collaborative environment.
- Ability to engage with team members and drive projects to completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Working level in Python.
- English proficiency required; French is a plus.
- Ability to convey ideas and engage with diverse teams.
