About the Role

As a Legal Operations Lawyer, you will work directly with practice groups, supporting client work through the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence, new methodologies, and standardized processes. You will serve as a central point of contact between lawyers, Legal Innovation, and technology, identifying optimization opportunities in ongoing matters, developing new workflows, and overseeing their practical implementation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with practice groups on the implementation of AI-supported client work.
Analyze legal workflows and identify standardization and automation potentials.
Create and further develop AI-supported work products for mandates and transactions.
Develop best practices for the use of Generative AI in legal work.
Support pilot projects, productivity experiments, and the measurement of efficiency gains.
Transfer experiences from mandates into scalable processes and reusable solutions.

Requirements

You are a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d/x), a Foreign Associate, or a graduate of a legally focused Master's program with professional experience in a legal department or law firm.
Artificial Intelligence is a daily tool for you, not an unfamiliar concept.
You can grasp complex legal issues structurally and translate them into efficient processes.
You possess very good German and English language skills.
