About the Role

We are seeking a sales professional to propose renewals of our elevator and escalator products to existing customers, including those using competitor products. You will leverage our long-standing technology and achievements to propose optimal renovation plans aimed at improving safety and comfort, based on the customer's equipment status and needs. Japan currently has many elevators and escalators reaching their renovation age, making this a socially important field with stable demand.

Responsibilities

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and manage the elevator portfolio.
Serve as the primary point of contact for timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Develop sales channels for repairs and renovation work through networks and bidding.
Develop unique sales strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability.
Effectively track opportunities and pipeline using our sales tools and forecast sales performance.
Conduct sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely payment.
Collaborate with team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in sales of technical products requiring consultation.
Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.
High level of commitment and reliability, with a drive to achieve results.
Ability to keep pace in a large corporate organization while being results-oriented.

¥224,000 - ¥400,000 per month (base salary)
Salesman allowance and incentive allowance available
Salary increase: 4.8% per month (current fiscal year actual)
Bonus: 6.39 months total (previous fiscal year actual)
