About the Role

This role involves delivering high-calibre, multi-channel communications solutions for a blue-chip client base, including annual reports, sustainability reports, investor relations, employee communications, online reporting centers, and website content. You will help clients shape their communications strategies to positively influence key stakeholder audiences in a fast-moving environment across diverse sectors. Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of assigned mixed-media projects, taking responsibility for all deliverables.
  • Develop an intrinsic understanding of clients’ business models and strategies.
  • Effectively manage each project stage.
  • Accurately prepare all project documentation.
  • Identify and manage account and project problems independently, providing effective solutions.
  • Proactively build strong client relationships with day-to-day client contacts.
  • Deliver exemplary client services to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Work closely with team leaders to develop commercial awareness of job costing and fee structures.
  • Effectively manage project budgets by implementing quality assurance and financial processes.
  • Develop strategies for auditing and managing overrun costs from clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities from existing clients, writing proposals and presenting concepts.
  • Support the new business process by assisting with the delivery of new business proposals.
  • Support internal teams with research into best practice corporate communications.
  • Continually drive understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and trends in corporate communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2.5 years agency or client-side experience, ideally within corporate marketing and communications.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills necessary to build trust and respect both externally and internally.
  • High-quality service ethic and committed to customer service excellence.
  • Ability to manage many urgent and often conflicting priorities.
  • Strong ‘can do’ attitude with an innate ambition to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team.
  • Flexibility and team-focused approach with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude.
  • A great sense of humour and fun.
