About the Role
Front of House Leaders are in-shop champions, coaching and mentoring their teams. They are responsible for maintaining high standards and ensuring the happiness of teams and customers. This role involves hands-on work, including operating the coffee machine and managing shop figures.

Salary/Compensations
- £15.35 per hour (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
- Earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
